Founder & CEO
Victor is the Founder and CEO of MyDNABank. He brings over 25 years of experience supporting the diagnostics, life sciences and biobanking sectors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He leads MyDNABank’s strategy and partnerships, with a focus on helping laboratories and biobanks make genomic data available for approved research while preserving participant consent and institutional control.
Chief Technology Officer
Mack leads MyDNABank’s technology strategy, platform architecture and engineering. He brings over 20 years of technology experience, including work in digital health and research infrastructure. At MyDNABank, he translates laboratory and researcher requirements into consent workflows, controlled access and integration with external analysis services, supporting responsible use of genomic data across institutions.
Head of Partnerships
Dawood leads MyDNABank’s laboratory and research partnerships. He brings a background in pharmaceutical R&D and over a decade of experience establishing laboratories and developing strategic agreements across industry, healthcare, research and government. He connects prospective partners’ scientific and operational requirements with MyDNABank’s approach to consent and controlled research access.
Chief Medical Officer
Peter brings a clinical perspective to MyDNABank’s strategy and development. A consultant ENT and head and neck surgeon with experience in cancer care, he helps the team assess how genomic research relates to patient needs and clinical practice. His contribution supports the development of research partnerships grounded in clinically relevant questions.
Finance Director
Joyce leads financial planning and operations at MyDNABank. She brings 15 years of banking experience at Société Générale Banking Group, alongside a background in corporate and trade finance. She supports MyDNABank’s growth through financial oversight, budgeting and planning for laboratory and research partnerships.

Wahid advises MyDNABank on investment and commercial strategy. As Founder and Chief Investment Officer of TyreGate Capital, he brings experience from senior roles at Janus Capital and Goldman Sachs. Amr advises MyDNABank on genomic data and research applications. A professor in MSA University’s Faculty of Biotechnology, he holds a PhD from the University of Tokyo.
